1. Orders & Payments

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: After processing, delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. Every order ships for free. No minimum purchase required.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: If you pay by credit card, the full amount is charged when you place your order. If you pay by PayPal, your account is charged at the time of purchase.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible at info@gorjana.sbs. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been handed to the carrier for shipping.

2. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items with quality issues are also eligible.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?

A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at info@gorjana.sbs with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once we receive your returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Then it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Q: What items cannot be returned?

A: Gift cards and final sale items (if clearly marked at time of purchase) cannot be returned.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Q: What carrier do you use?

A: We work with several reliable carriers. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically. You will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Please double-check your address before ordering. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@gorjana.sbs. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Q: What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

A: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
