30‑day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging (tags, boxes, etc.).
- Items with quality issues (manufacturing defects) are also fully eligible.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Free returns
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. No restocking fee applies.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@gorjana.sbs with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Refund processing
After we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- Refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
