Where we ship
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

After processing, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Carrier
We work with several reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other logistics partners). The carrier for your order will be chosen automatically based on your location and package weight.
Order cut‑off time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed the next business day.
Change of address
Please double‑check your shipping address. If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@gorjana.sbs. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
